Learning to Tie your Shoes is overrated!

Ok so I went shopping....shoe shopping. I've been talking about shoe therapy for the past week. I NEED a new pair of shoes. I am not shoeless, that's for sure. A girl needs options. Well when all 14 pair of flip flops show'd up missing, when one complete pair was found it was like I got a new pair of shoes. It was kind of a fix for a new pair of shoes. So I am good, but I am still looking. I went to Kohls today in search of the perfect shoe. I found some....for Perry...right, dag wasn't I shopping for me. The good news is velcro is cool now, and he still, no lie, can not tie his shoes. Probably because he doesn't have any that require tying. And he's only had a handful of shoes with laces in his life time. So check out what Mommy found for 21.00 at Kohls.....
He'll learn someday when he's got time. Right now he just doesn't have time to learn and doesn't care honestly. Is that wrong? I thought he'd be the only kid who couldn't drink from a straw when he was 4, and now he prefers to drink from a straw. He has to learn knots for Scouts, maybe shoe tying can be one of them. Seriously those shoes are so cute I might need a pair for myself. Oh and everyone begin celebrating, I purchased a size 2 and they fit, which means he might actually be growing!

Cute shoes! Speaking of growing, my little man has been complaining of his ankles and legs hurting and he's eating like a horse - yes, you heard that - a horse. PB&J sandwiches at 9:30 PM!!! (keep your fingers crossed it's a growth spurt!)
